At Etches we deliver Australia wide. We use a variety of transport options depending on where your order is travelling to. If you place an order through our website and the freight charges will not cover getting your order to it’s destination in the required time, we will contact you to discuss alternative freight charges/options.
We do our best to make sure that your order is well protected for it’s journey, however, we are not in control of how it is handled once it leaves our store. If your order is damaged when it arrives, please get in touch so that we can organise a replacement/find a resolution with you on Phone (08) 7132 0011 or Aknight@scaess.com.au.
In Store Pick Up
Our store is open Monday-Friday, 9-5pm at 745, Port Road, Woodville, 5011, SA. You are welcome to pick your order up once it is completed.
Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of our business, cancellations of orders will not be accepted once stock has been ordered or production has commenced. If you think that you may have ordered incorrectly, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on Phone (08) 7132 0011 or Aknight@scaess.com.au so that we can try and resolve the problem with you.
